There are no words that can express how wonderful this man is!! He made our home search easy, fast, and simple! With the way today’s market is it can be discouraging, but not with Austin. Austin to put it simply was a rockstar. He is professional, responsive, and honest. One thing that stood out was that he would sooner talk us out of a home rather than push one on my wife and I where we knew in our gut, it was not yet the one. Also, he is upfront if there was an issue or question that you had, and he didn’t know. He wouldn’t guess or come up with a false answer, he instead was upfront and would find the right answer for us promptly. If I could give six stars, I would. Absolutely recommend!

I gotta say we found the best real estate agent after releasing our first agent we found Austin Cerankowski let me tell you this guy took over had a buyer in a 2 weeks answered his phone every time we called no matter how much of a pain we could be he was always on point. I rarely give a perfect review to ANYONE. However, Austin sold our home in 2 days for full asking price. But he didn’t stop there. He guided us through the entire process and was always available to answer my million questions. This situation was a unique one, and required Austin’s special expertise to execute.

I would highly recommend Austin as your realtor because he gets to know you and what you like in a house and he does not pressure you at all and he always gets right back to you with any questions that you need to have answered about a property.. Just a really great person to have as a realtor.

As a first time homebuyer, we tried out a few realtors that never took us serious. Which made a difference in whether or not we would buy a house, having a realtor that didn’t do any homework on the property, or wouldn’t go to bat for us almost ruined it. Then we reached out to Austin Cerankowski, he made the difference. He treated us with respect and had a very positive attitude all the time, even when we constantly wanted to look at different homes. He is a very down to earth person and cares about making us happy, which is difficult to find in realtors. I am the type of person that is not easily satisfied, and I am probably a very difficult client to deal with when it comes to what type of property we need, and the times we can see houses. I am a contractor so I was looking for land and a big garage and a nice house and did not want to spend the big bucks, Austin really was persistent and stayed on top of every home that we could possibly be interested in. Couldn’t ask for a better realtor, if we ever move or purchase another house anywhere in PA, I am 100% going to use Austin and I will highly recommend him all my friends/ family.
